**** Perfectly fine Mags, I prefer Rose Hips but over the counter Vit C will work.

**** Allergies can develop over time, just because she's been eating chicken all her life doesn't mean she can't or won't develop and allergy to it.

Try boosting the immune system for a month and see if you see any improvement in her?
