Hi Debz,
I've been going thru the messages on Metacam and arthritis trying to find out which drug you mentioned in the past was safer than Metacam. My vet gave me Metacam and I was afraid to use it but you mentioned something that was safer. Do you remember what it was? My Cleo is still having problems with her backlegs so Sat I have a chiro coming to the house to work on her using VOM once more. Meanwhile she isn't limping but little things will make her back legs go out and then she screeches in pain. We went thru 2 bottles of Cetyl-M and Flexceerin and I'm thinking of trying the Celadrin Mitch used.
I looked up the Flexile rx you mentioned Deb but on entirelypets it is on sale for $262.99. If I was certain it would help I'd buy it. I just bought a bottle of Herbsmith soothe arthritis which I never heard of but again hope it helps inflammation. I think a lot of this is just the progression of old age and can't be reversed but I wish there was one product that would help all of our dogs at least be more comfortable.
